Stats for routebuildermdl

1. Collect Number of hits for service with - Number of Hits, Min time, Max time, Avg time, last error, Number of errors
2. Get FDB file name in config.json
3. Save stat data with LazyWriter.
4. Provide route in built in server for showing data from Lazy writer
5. Above route should work only if it is mentioned in config.json
